Is VR safe for me?
Health information, symptoms to watch for and when to talk to a doctor first.
Using VR and immersive content can cause discomfort for some people. Please read this before using L1VE.
Possible symptoms: Motion sickness, nausea, dizziness, headaches, eye strain, disorientation or visual discomfort. Stop immediately if any of these occur, and consult a medical professional if symptoms continue.
Talk to a doctor first if you: have migraines, eye or vision conditions, inner ear conditions or psychological conditions, or are at risk of falls or seizures. Pregnant users should take extra care.
Don't use L1VE if you: feel unwell or impaired, or have recently had a medical procedure on your face, nose or head.
Take breaks: Headset manufacturers typically recommend a 10–15 minute break after every 30 minutes of VR use.
